Returns & Exchanges

We at Riki Rosetta want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Riki Rosetta to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be received at the Riki Rosetta offices within 14 days of your purchase. For all returns and exchanges please email CustomerService@RikiRosetta.com.

**All sale and discounted items are final sales.

When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange your new order will be shipped UPS ground at no additional cost. You can access further information on our terms & conditions page.

There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order. **All sales items are final sale, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.
